The Laughing Cavalier

Dutch artist Petrus Arendzen (1846-1932) was commissioned
by the Dutch Government to make etchings of Dutch Old Masters
held in English collections. This etching of The Laughing Cavalier,
by Frans Hals, is housed in the Wallace Collection
in Manchester Square, London.
